The perfect addition to your baby class rota! Join us for a fusion of baby massage and baby sensory.

Sessions are centered around a new theme each week, where we will bring stories, rhymes and songs to life through the magic of touch; all sprinkles with sensory fun!

The classes have been designed and are lead by me, Cassie; a teacher with over a decades’ experience and a mum of two little ones. They have been made to blend the magic of baby massage, with the fun of baby sensory, so your baby can reap the benefits of both in one session!

As someone who used to find sensory classes quite overstimulating, the sensory elements here are ‘dialled down’ and layered in-between moments of calm baby massage. Think ribbons, scarves, shakers, balloons, soft lights and musical instruments - all used at intervals to avoid overwhelm.

Baby massage is jam-packed full of wonderful benefits for your baby, including:

• uninterrupted bonding time

• promotes and aids digestion

• relieves wind, constipation and symptoms of colic

• improves sleep

• relieves congestion

• stimulates the nervous, cardiovascular and lymphatic systems

• promotes a positive touch experience

As with all our sessions, numbers are capped to keep the class small and intimate - all set in our beautiful studio location. Classes run Thursdays 12:30-14:00 - each sessions is 45 minutes, with additional time to relax, and socialise with new friends (and of course our signature hot drink - that’s actually hot - and sweet treat!). You will walk away from the class with your cup filled too - and ultimately, isn’t that what we all need as parents?

Classes can be booked either individually | £12 per session, or as a block of 4 | £40 (60 days to use) - classes are available to book approx. 2 weeks in advance.

1:1/1:2 and private group classes are also available upon request.

Please note: we are only able to operate on a 1:1 parent to baby ratio due to space and safety in the class. We are also unable to welcome older siblings - please ensure you have alternative arrangements.
